For Flawless Coordination and an Unforgettable Day

We schedule an initial preparatory meeting about two to three months before the wedding, during which you present your wedding project to us, along with the list and contact details of all the selected vendors. Together, we will create a specifications document that will summarize all the essential information for the smooth running of the wedding (schedule, contacts, important addresses, guest list, seating plan, etc.).

We get in touch with the various vendors to introduce ourselves and coordinate their services.
We provide you with essential online tools through a free, dedicated connection for your wedding, allowing you to track the progress of the final preparations with full transparency.

We also offer a dedicated wedding website, which will provide all the logistical information to your guests. It will help you manage guest responses more easily, as it is connected to your online workspace.

Final Details Before the Wedding

In addition to the selected vendors, we also get in touch with your loved ones (if you wish) to better manage and plan any potential surprises. We can advise them on their nature, number, and duration to ensure a smooth execution and anticipate their timing in the schedule that has been shared with the vendors.

We will do a final review together of your wedding budget and prepare the final payments to be made to the vendors. This will save you from having to worry about settling any vendor bills during the evening.

Lastly, we will review the schedule for the big day and check your seating plan one more time, which I will then send to the caterer.

Wedding Day !

The wedding day has finally arrived! All that's left for you to do is focus on yourself, your union, and the magical moments ahead.

During your preparations (the bride getting ready, putting on your ceremony outfits, the first look, capturing these magical moments with a photographer...), like a little fairy, your wedding planner will check the final details of the setup (small decoration elements, flowers, seating plans, signage, etc.). She will also make sure everything is going smoothly with the bride's and groom's preparations.

We will ensure the timing is followed so that everything runs smoothly and you're ready to head to the ceremony venue (town hall, church, or reception venue).
Like a conductor, your wedding plannerwill oversee the execution of each service and planned activity. We will handle any unexpected situations.

You can rest assured that your wedding planner will be there until the first dance (the start of the party). Once that begins, her mission is complete, and she will take her leave.
