From Concept to Reality: Our Creative Process

From our very first meeting, we discuss your wishes, even the wildest ones. If you're unsure where to start with your ideas, I guide you by asking about your personalities, your way of life, your interests, and your passions...

I also love gathering some photos you've collected on Pinterest, as sometimes it’s easier to show the vibe you’d like through images.

I check the technical feasibility of your decorationproject by visiting your reception venue: taking measurements, photos, and videos will help me later create layout plans and 2D or 3D sketches.
From all this information, I extract a guiding theme and begin collecting all the elements that might appeal to you. Then comes the next step:

Creating an Inspiration Board

The Mood Board, or inspiration board, is a detailed and visual booklet that showcases the decoration and setup of each reception area, as we’ve envisioned it for you, based on all the information we've gathered beforehand.

It allows you to envision and imagine what your big day will look like. Once it's finalized, we take the time to present it to you, explaining every detail and every choice.

The Selection of the Best Decor Vendors

Once your choices are confirmed, I start searching for the best solutions to create the envisioned décor: I guide you towards the most realistic options, always keeping in mind the budget allocated for this aspect.

In line with an eco-friendly approach, we try to direct you towards vendors who are closest to your reception venue (to minimize delivery costs or preserve the freshness of flowers).
We compare what is most beneficial—whether it’s renting décor items, buying them, or even considering DIY if you're feeling crafty.

From floral decoration to renting décor items or furniture, table settings, Day-of stationery, signage, and even the design of your wedding cake, every service and every professional is carefully considered. I will arrange for detailed quotes that will allow you to know exactly how much your wedding décor will cost.

Installation and Dismantling of Your Decor / Set Design

I will be there the day before the wedding to oversee all deliveries and installations related to your event decor. Some couples prefer to stay relaxed and unwind before or after their big day or simply don’t want to handle this less enjoyable part of the planning.

For this, Twist n'Chic can offer a complementary team who will be there to:

  • Set up all the tables and chairs in the reception hall.
  • Arrange your decor elements.
  • Dismantle your décor after the wedding and store the tables and chairs at the venue.

The number of people needed will, of course, be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the size and constraints of the project.
