This formula includes :

  • A regular and personalized support and suggestions, provided in the course of several meetings suggested by our organizer.
    Whether at home, over the telephone, by mail, or through a free-of-charge connection dedicated to your wedding, you will continuously be informed of the course and progress of the preparations.
  • Research into, and selection of the best suppliers in your area (reception venue, caterer, animation, decoration, florist, photographer, videographer, card shop, makeup artist, hairdresser, jeweler, gifts for the guests, car rental…).
  • Organization of meetings with the providers, as well as their coordination until the wedding, as soon as you confirm their selection
  • Joint development and monitoring of the overall budget of your marriage. For more transparency, you pay the providers directly, but I remain at your side to ensure all the management. The realization of your personalized retro-planning.
  • The presence of your wedding planner on D-Day in order to coordinate everything.

D-Day Coordination

You want to organize your wedding yourself but do not, for anything in the world, want to miss a moment of this day ! In order that you may take full advantage of this exceptional moment and devote yourself entirely to your guests, entrust us with the organization of this magical day !

Allow me to manage and coordinate all providers, install the decoration, welcome your guests, manage the schedule, and solve any unexpected happenings. All you need to do is say “yes” and enjoy this exceptional day. Our two formulae hereunder include :

A first preparatory meeting: in the course of which you introduce your wedding project to us, as well as the list and coordinates of all selected providers.

A second interview : with the engaged couple to finalize the details of the organization. We develop together specifications summarizing all information essential to the smooth running of the wedding (planning, contacts, important addresses, number of guests, table plan…).
Apart from getting in touch with your service providers, we also get in touch with your loved ones : this, in order to better manage unforeseen surprises. It enables us to advise them on the nature of these activities, their number and duration, and ensure these are launched smoothly according to the schedule which will have been given to the providers.
Follow-up : we contact the various service providers and draw up a list of summary tools (planning, listing of allocated tasks, technical visit of venues, delivery of service providers estimates to organizers).

we confirm the number of guests to the caterer and give the schedule to the service provider. We also verify the role of each party in the established program.

Coordination
only D-Day:

Decoration/Scenography:

As a Certified Wedding Designer, I propose to create and decorate your event to suit your image.

Throughout our meetings and because we work together, we imagine and design a universe, a unique atmosphere, and decoration, which resemble you.

I conceive the decorative design, realize sketches, and/or 3D supports, and suggest to you the staging of the different spaces. I adapt to everyone’s personal tastes.

This service includes:

  • The creation of the theme and concept
  • The visit and identification of the reception venue
  • The realization of a mood board and a book decoration detailed and encrypted
  • The viewing of your project on 3D support
  • The organization and coordination of decoration providers (florists, lighting technician, furniture rental, animations, printer…).
