A first preparatory meeting: in the course of which you introduce your wedding project to us, as well as the list and coordinates of all selected providers.
we confirm the number of guests to the caterer and give the schedule to the service provider. We also verify the role of each party in the established program.
⯈ Follow-up of the schedule and specifications set up with the engaged couple.
⯈ Coordination of service providers and logistics.
⯈ Management of guests and travel.
⯈ Setting up of small decorative elements and/or cards.
⯈ Contingency management.
⯈ The day before: Installation of tables, chairs, chair covers, organization of secular or religious ceremony, coordination of the venues, and deliveries from the service providers.
⯈ Sequence of events similar to that outlined in the previous formula (coordination of D-Day) that, until the day after the wedding if desired.

Follow-up : we contact the various service providers and draw up a list of summary tools (planning, listing of allocated tasks, technical visit of venues, delivery of service providers estimates to organizers).
A second interview : with the engaged couple to finalize the details of the organization. We develop together specifications summarizing all information essential to the smooth running of the wedding (planning, contacts, important addresses, number of guests, table plan…).
